I’ve always found joy in ideas being expressed clearly because, for me, ideas are the hard part. So I’m proud to be able to help people express these ideas in the best way possible. I also know how difficult it can be to be understood in another language, as this happens a lot when I’m speaking Spanish!
My personalised proofreading, editing, and formatting services are tailored to suit every customer and every document. As a full-time proofreader and editor, I have the time and flexibility to work within my clients’ schedules.
I’ve always followed my passion for language and writing, from studying literature at university to editing financial reports, from copywriting for corporate clients to teaching English as a second language. This has all led me to follow a career helping people make their writing crystal clear.

You send me your original document in your chosen format, together with any notes about issues you’d like me to focus on.
Tracked Changes
I send you the completed document with all the changes and comments visible. This allows you to accept each amendment individually.
Clean Copy
You also receive a copy of the completed document with all the changes accepted, which is clearer and easier to read.

When are you open?
I am available Monday to Friday and most weekends, with prior arrangement. As an experienced freelancer, I can accommodate my clients’ schedules and work to their deadlines.
Is my information confidential?
All information is completely confidential. Documents and payments are handled on secure platforms, and all data is permanently deleted after completion of the work.
Can I book in advance?
Yes, you can book services in advance. This guarantees a specific turnaround time when you need it most. Simply contact me to discuss your schedule and the estimated size of your document.
How are your prices lower than other proofreading services?
By working one-to-one with an expert proofreader, you cut out the middle man. There is no broker, no agency, and no huge marketing expenses. These are all savings that I can pass on to you, which means I can help customers at all levels and with all budgets.
What document file formats do you proofread?
I work with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents, as well as PDFs and Google Docs.
How do I see the changes that have been made?
You will receive two copies of the completed document. One is a tracked changes copy, which indicates all of the changes I have made. The other is a clean copy, in which all the changes have been accepted. It is often useful to have both, as this enables you to see the finished document clearly but also accept each change individually.
Can I request specific changes?
Yes. As a personalised service, I can focus on any specific changes or improvements you wish to see in your document.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made using PayPal, TransferWise, bank transfer, or invoice.
